Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing distinct areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
